Return policy

After receiving your order, you have 14 days in which to return the products. You can find more information on your cancellation rights here. To avoid unnecessary expense and costs when sending the product back, use the sticker enclosed in the package for this. Please also include the completed returns form in the package.

If you have lost the returns sticker, you can print another one in the My Account section under Purchase history. If you ordered as a guest, you can get the documents from Customer Service.

Please keep the package deposit receipt from DHL in case of an investigation later on. This will make it easier for us to conduct research in case of investigations or loss of packages. Only goods purchased in the Online Shop can be returned and credited to an account. In the FAQs you can find further helpful information about the processing of returns.
